For your viewing pleasure we have an html representation of the letterhead. This representation should NOT be used to produce letterhead.
Rather than print the letterhead for you, we offer three formats which you can acquire, print yourself, make copies, and then use as letterhead.
We have a word 2000/XP document file (43K bytes) and a word 97 document file which you can use directly as a template, directly entering the text on the template. The template file should be used in "Page View" rather than "Normal View" so that "what-you-see-is-what-you-get". In "Normal View" the side bar with the list of editors will not appear as it does on the printed page.
We also have a wordperfect file (35K bytes) which you can use as a template. HOWEVER, it is IMperfect as I am an imperfect WordPerfect user. It does not print as well as the Word file (the images do not print as 'finely' as word prints them) and I do not know the reason. Again, you should use it in 'pageview' rather than 'normal' view.
We also have Acrobat
PDF (28K) versions. If your browser is set up to directly browse either
Postscript or Acrobat PDF, click on whichever you prefer. Once viewing
the letterhead, print it and make paper copies. You can then use your favorite
word processing system to write your correspondence, and then print it
on the letterhead paper copies just like you would for any other printed
letterhead.
For the really brave, we also have the two picture files which were used to produce the letterhead. Save the images to your disk and then use them. Here are the two gifs and sort of how they look on the letterhead (note the boxes are just so you can see the outline of the picture, the outline is not part of the picture file).

The side bar on the letterhead that Bill produced is not so easy to display or get into TeX so far as I know.
If what is provided above is not compatible with your software or if you would prefer official letterhead stationary, Cambridge University Press will provide a supply of official printed stationery. Contact Steven Price at CUP, and explain that the online letterhead doesn't work for you. His e-mail address is sprice@cup.org.
