Bio: Barrie Kreinik is an actor, singer, and voice/speech coach currently earning an MFA in Acting at Brown/Trinity Rep in Providence, RI. Originally from Hartford, CT, she holds a BA in Theatre and English from Cornell University and spent three years acting professionally in New York City. Performance credits include work with Theatre Ten Ten, Emerging Artists Theatre, New York Musical Theatre Festival, Planet Connections Festivity, and two seasons at the Virginia Shakespeare Festival. She also works as a voiceover artist and has written and performed two solo shows. She is a proud member of AEA and AFTRA.
Barrie is a voice, speech, and dialect coach with experience performing and teaching more than a dozen dialects of English. Production coaching credits include The Oath, Barrier Island, and Good Lonely People with Maieutic Theatre Works in NYC, and The Beauty Queen of Leenane, The Bald Soprano, and The Tempest at Cornell, where she also served as a teaching assistant in Speech & Dialects.
