Special Use Spaces: files and storage rooms

The files and storage rooms are all five drawers or shelves high to maximize storage capacilities. Each of these space also include a table or counter as reference surface and some shelving for supplies and storage.

In front of these private spaces are primary circulations which will take into account during departmental or unit space tabulation.

Storage/Sink Room - small
  • Q1 - 100 Sq. Ft. (10' x 10')
  • Furniture
    • 1 stor counter w/ sink
    • 3 shelves or cabinet


Storage/Sink Room - medium
  • Q2 - 150 Sq. Ft. (10' x 15')
  • Furniture
    • 1 storage counter w/ sink
    • 1 overhead shelf
    • 5 shelves or cabinets


Storage Room - medium
  • R3 - 225 Sq. Ft. (10' x 15')
  • Furniture
    • shelving 3 sided


Storage Room - large
