Located in the Sociology Department at the University of Kansas, Social Thought and Research is one of only two student-run sociology journals in the United States (along with the Berkeley Journal of Sociology at the University of California at Berkeley).
Volume 29 focuses on the topic of globalization. It features a lecture given by Saskia Sassen (Columbia University) and an interview with Troy Duster (New York University). The volume is expected to be published in October of 2008. Please visit our subscription page to get your copy.
